All our systems, standard and bespoke incorporate our patented, high efficiency ultrasonic generators and transducers. Ultrasonic frequencies and power levels can be varied to suit the application.
Each of our units, from basic, single-stage tanks to multi-stage rinsing and drying systems, can be tailored to suit your particular application.
Our tanks are constructed in 316 litre stainless steel with 304 litre stainless steel panels. Controls can be mounted on the tank for smaller units or in a remote cabinet for larger systems. Automation can be provided as an option together with pumps, filters, lids, component baskets, hot air dryers and pure water systems.
Our engineers will be pleased to advise you on any aspect of ultrasonic cleaning. Trials can be arranged at our factory. OEM enquiries welcome.
